APPLYING FOR JOB VACANCIES

By applying for our advertised vacant positions, You are agreeing to the processing of Your data in order for us to evaluate Your suitability for the advertised position, invite You for an interview or inform You about the results of Your application.
To apply for an advertised position, You can send an application to e-mail: personals@inspired.lv.
After receiving separate consent from You, we will include Your data in our database, so we can inform You about new potentially suited job vacancies within the Inspired Ecosystem.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING AT EVENTS

Please be informed that we may photograph and film our hosted events for the purpose of promoting company publicity. The photographs and videos may be published on our website and brand social media pages (Facebook and LinkedIn). You can request removal of any image depicting You from our communication materials at any time by emailing inspired@inspired.lv
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

The Inspired Ecosystem premises may be under video surveillance to protect our property and ensure safety for our employees and clients. A warning sign at the entrance to our premises informs visitors about video surveillance.
WE ENSURE DATA SECURITY
We implement reasonable preparatory and technical measures to protect Your data against unauthorized disclosure, use or modification.
PERSONAL DATA STORAGE DURATION
We shall store and process Your personal data:
until all liabilities laid out in the service agreement have been fulfilled, or for as long as our services are provided;
until the mandatory time period for storing data in accordance with regulatory requirements expires;
until a prior consent to data processing is revoked;
for as long as we can pursue our legitimate interests in accordance with external regulatory requirements;
until data storage is no longer necessary, because the objective of such processing has been achieved.
Personal data obtained through video surveillance (video recordings) is stored no longer than 30 days.
YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access your personal data at our disposal, request data correction, deletion, limitation of processing or withdraw your prior consent, and you have the right to data portability.
To learn more about what data about you we process and to fulfill your rights as a data subject, you must submit an application to us in person by presenting a personal identification document (passport or ID card) or by sending an electronic-signature-certified application via email toinspired@inspired.lv
If you are unsatisfied with our reply to your application or if you believe we are violating personal data processing regulations, you have the right to file a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate.
